Understanding challenges in the justice system can be difficult due to limited data or transparency. Justice agencies have made progress in data collection in recent years, but more work remains. In an interview with Amy Bach from Measures for Justice, we explored the ongoing improvements in how data is collected and how agencies can contribute to positive change by measuring justice.

We sat down with Renee Danser, Associate Director of Research and Strategic Partnerships at the Access to Justice Lab at Harvard Law School, to discuss how courts are addressing the need for accessible community-based resources.
