His career has been defined by more than 40 years of building, selling, and implementing technology solutions and almost three decades as a founder or CEO of a technology company. As Group Leader of the equivant Justice Group, he is responsible for overseeing the business operations, sales, marketing, software development, and planning for three software companies that serve the justice industry – equivant Courts (aka Courtview), equivant SCP (aka Northpointe), and ACT Innovations. Together, they provide a broad portfolio of justice industry products and services for courts, probation and parole agencies, jails and prisons, pretrial agencies, drug and treatment courts, drug testing labs, and public attorneys.
Prior to assuming his current role, Eric led three equivant vertical business units to unprecedented growth, served as CEO of a community corrections case management software system company, founded a leading SaaS voice supervision solution for the criminal justice market, founded a dot-com era innovator in SaaS and vertically-focused solutions, and spent almost 15 years at IBM managing and leading state, national, and global business units. He is passionate about helping his colleagues reach their highest potential and building sustainable, high-impact teams.
Eric graduated from the University of Virginia and is an active alumnus. For more than eight years, he has served as the Chair of the Technology Committee for the American Probation & Parole Association. When he is not working, Eric enjoys golfing and spending time with family and friends.

She has over 26 years of professional experience of in-class instruction and training. In the past six (6) years, she has pursued Research & Development skills as an analyst, product manager, and product owner.

Chris Dye is a seasoned product leader with a proven track record of driving innovation, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering customer-centric solutions. As Director of Product Management, Mr. Dye leads a high-performing product team focused on translating strategic vision into impactful execution. With deep experience in product lifecycle management, stakeholder collaboration, and market-driven decision-making, this team ensures that every product initiative is grounded in measurable outcomes and user value.
Currently, Mr. Dye is focused on transitioning into an AI-first product management approach—developing a learning roadmap to embed AI fluency across the team and identifying opportunities to integrate responsible AI into product experiences.

Jason Emineth is a senior-level software professional with over 20 years of experience implementing information technology and software solutions and providing organizational leadership in the Justice domain. Mr. Emineth has worked in both the public and private sectors, implementing critical, integrated enterprise information systems, managing services delivery, and directing software product development.
Bringing a unique perspective, Mr. Emineth excels in interactions with various audiences, from executives to subject matter and technical experts, at optimizing performance, resolving problems, and providing solutions.

Mr. Gudmundsen offers over 31 years of PM experience. He is the director of Professional Services/IT with demonstrated success in improving productivity and employee morale and reducing costs. He is highly organized, an excellent communicator, an analytical thinker, a passionate go-getter with amazing follow-through, and works well with a diverse group of individuals. Always considered a key player, a supportive leader, and the go-to person. Ability to translate orally and in writing technical details into non-technical verbiage. Consistently pursues new challenges to stretch abilities and expand knowledge.

Ms. Jacoby has more than 29 years of professional experience in software development. She has managed the business analyst staff, the development staff, and the quality assurance staff for the entire equivant product line.

With over a decade of leadership experience across SaaS, EdTech, Logistics, and Telecom, Danna Levine-Poch brings a strategic and customer-centric mindset to her role as Director of Customer Support Services at equivant Court.
Danna has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, leading strategic client programs, and driving measurable improvements in retention, engagement, and satisfaction. At Sandvine, she managed key North American accounts and played a pivotal role in aligning internal teams to customer needs—reducing executive escalations and enhancing overall client experience.

Bukola Oyedare is a highly experienced accounting professional with over 14 years of expertise in the field. With a strong background in Big 4 audit firms, including PwC and Deloitte, Bukola has accumulated over 8 years of experience in external audit and 4 years in financial reporting management. Her diverse experience spans accounting, compliance, internal controls, external audit, and financial reporting for clients in the Consumer Business and Technology industries.
Bukola possesses strong technical skills in IFRS, US GAAP, and SOX audit. She specializes in financial statement analysis and management reporting, financial statement preparation and review, as well as budgeting and forecasting. With more than 30 years of experience in the justice and public safety sectors in software application development, technical management, and project management, Gary Egner is a leading authority in helping courts and justice agencies serve their communities. Mr. Egner helps courts navigate an often confusing and convoluted IT and software environment.
Focused on forward-thinking solutions and modernizing the industry, Mr. Egner has been a member of the IJIS Court Advisory Committee and numerous committees with the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges. He also sits on the NIEM Open Governance Board and has participated on numerous standards committees with the National Center for State Courts (NCSC), leading efforts to bring national data protocols and standards to the justice industry.
