Understanding the Functionality of JWorks
JWorks automates all Clerk and Court operations without hardcoded features. Powered by case and workflow, it automatically sets tasks, events, and reminders and allows for custom-designed screens and logic that work for a court’s unique processes and requirements. It performs equally well on any device, so stakeholders can access and manage the information they need at any time or place. JWorks supports general and limited jurisdiction courts and provides a strong foundation for an integrated system that can conform to or with the National Court Component Model.
During the implementation process, equivant helps build customized dashboards. However, admin-level users can easily update the views, dashboards, and workflows as their agency grows and/or changes.
