What are you most looking forward to about working at equivant?
I’m excited to be part of a company that is making a real impact in the legal technology space. I look forward to leveraging my experience in sales leadership and strategic growth to help drive innovation, build strong client relationships, and contribute to equivant’s mission of delivering solutions that enhance the justice system. I’m also eager to collaborate with a talented team and help shape the company’s continued success.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, especially my husband and four-year-old son. I’m passionate about wildlife rehabilitation and serve on the board of a local nonprofit dedicated to conservation efforts. I also enjoy public speaking, particularly on the topic of resilience. One of my most meaningful engagements was speaking at the WELD (Women for Economic and Leadership Development) National Leadership Conference, where I shared my personal journey overcoming challenges and how resilience has shaped my leadership approach. I believe in the power of perseverance and adaptability, and I’m passionate about helping others navigate change with confidence and determination.
Do you have any pets? What are their names?
Yes! I have three rescue dogs that are part of our family, each with their own unique personality. Grace (the boss), Sam (everyone’s shadow), and Maverick (the 70 lb. lap dog).
What is your favorite movie and why?
The Princess Bride—it’s the perfect mix of adventure, humor, romance, and quotable moments. It’s a timeless classic that never gets old, and I love how it brings a little bit of everything to the table.
What is your favorite season and why?
Summer! I love the warmth and sunshine, which is funny considering I live in Cleveland. There’s something about long days, time by the water, and just soaking up the sun that makes me happiest.
Where is your favorite vacation spot?
Fiji, specifically the Namale Resort. It’s the ultimate tropical escape—breathtaking views, incredible hospitality, and the perfect place to unplug and recharge.
