1. What do you enjoy most about working at equivant?
I’m surrounded by A-listers. The team leads, my peers, and the staff are all cut from the same cloth: they care about making a positive difference with clients, with the applications we support, with problems that arise. And I have yet to see one chip on anyone’s shoulder.
2. What do you enjoy doing in your free time? What’s your favorite hobby?
Everything outdoors. Hunting, fishing, mountaineering, rock climbing, hiking, adventure races, fossil hunting.
3. What is your favorite food?
Moose backstraps.
4. If you could get on a plane and travel anywhere in the world tomorrow, where would it be?
Tie: Prague (hometown), Ketchikan (favorite place).
5. What is your favorite movie and why?
One Man’s Wilderness. PBS special about a guy who moved to Alaska wilderness, built a cabin by hand, lived there for 30 years, and filmed it all in the 1960s. The show is hypnotic. Highly recommended.
6. What kind of music do you enjoy listening to?
EDM, Classic, and Rammstein.
